Judge Dredd & The Worlds of 2000 AD Roleplaying Game (Hardback)
Welcome to the worlds of 2000 AD! Voyage into the far future in this versatile tabletop game of science fiction adventure.
Mutant bounty hunters hunt down the scum of the universe. The noble houses of a resurgent imperial Russia use every means at their disposal to attempt to become the supreme power; using bribery, assassination, espionage, diplomacy and war. The solar system is invaded by the Geeks – a hostile alien race hell bent on the destruction of mankind, on Earth and her colonies in the solar system. Criminal hitmen fulfil their contracts, blasting their way though rivals and bodyguards to achieve their bloody payday. Occult investigators hunt down demons and restless spirits threatening both the lives and souls of the people of Britain.
And then there is Dredd. The top lawman in a vast city over 800 million citizens he contends with criminals, mutant raiders, aliens, rogue robots and enemy agents from other, hostile, megacities.
This roleplaying game provides the core rules for the science fiction worlds of 2000 AD. It also provides in-depth material allowing you to create and run adventures in the world of Judge Dredd. Citi-Def Squad – Judge Dredd Miniatures Game
2000AD Miniatures Game, Tabletop GamesThe rank and file Citi‐Def trooper is a volunteer drawn from the block population who agrees to spend at least one day a month attending Citi‐Def training and orientation meetings. All are given basic training in squad tactics and care and maintenance of personal weapons. They are issued with a ballistic shell suit and assigned a weapon that must be returned to the armoury at the end of any training event. However, such is the popularity of the Citi‐Def to certain ‘warcrazy’ individuals that Citi‐Def captains can hold meetings on a weekly or even daily basis, some even allow their enthusiastic followers to take their weapons home between sessions – an offence with a mandatory sentence of no less than two years per count if the Judges find out.£26.00Original price was: £26.00.£20.50Current price is: £20.50. -
Block Gang Expansion Pack – Judge Dredd Miniatures Game
2000AD Miniatures Game, Tabletop GamesWith unemployment and boredom rife in Mega-City One, many citizens, especially juves, join gangs. Many gangs identify with and recruit solely from a single block, whilst others pull in members from all across the city, attracted to the gang’s philosophy, colours, or charismatic leader. Many gangs will simply protect their own territory and try to take control of the local ‘black economy’ of illegal drugs and other banned substances such as tobacco, sugar, Umpty Candy and 20th-century comic books. Other gangs identify with causes or crazes, including the many anti-robot and anti-mutant outfits such as the ‘Neon Knights’ and ‘Purity First’ or anti-Judge and pro-democracy terrorism like the ‘Total War’ group. Others go on to specialise in organised crime such as body-sharking, organ-legging, alien- and perp-running!£26.00Original price was: £26.00.£20.50Current price is: £20.50. -
Specialist Judges – Judge Dredd Miniatures Game
2000AD Miniatures Game, Tabletop GamesSome Judges display an affinity with machines, an understanding of the workings of the human body, or display psionic talents. Such individuals are given special training and access to advanced curricula. Psi Division moulds cadets displaying psychic talents into Psi-Judges, who bring the Law to the Mega-City in less than conventional ways. Tek Judges maintain the Justice Department’s vehicles, weapons and other equipment while also aiding with forensics, technological threats, and advanced intrusion techniques. Med Judges aid Judges, civilians and perpetrators injured in Justice Department operations, often from special quick reaction ambulance units. Recent Justice Department casualties have been so great that the controversial Mechanismo robot Judges, with full judicial authority, were created by Tek Division.£26.00Original price was: £26.00.£20.50Current price is: £20.50. -
Judge Dredd Miniature Pack (On Foot & Mounted) – Judge Dredd Miniatures Game
2000AD Miniatures Game, Tabletop GamesFor millions of Mega-City One’s citizens there can be no greater symbol of the law than Judge Joe Dredd, not even the Statue of Judgement itself. The mere mention of his name is enough to give even the most hardened criminals pause. Dredd has been appointed a temporary member of the Council of Five on several occasions. However, he is only truly content when patrolling the streets dispensing the law directly and his well-known dislike of bureaucracy keeps him well away from the Hall of Justice. If it is true that a man can be measured by the quality of his enemies then Dredd will take some beating. Over the years, he has clashed with mad Chief Judges, transdimensional denizens of Deadworld, super agents of the Sov Bloc, necromancers and powerful mutant pre-cogs. Yet it’s probably safe to say that from Dredd’s perspective bringing one of these individuals to justice is no more important than the prosecution of a citizen for littering or a juve for spraying graffiti on a wall. Everyone is equal in the eyes of the law!£19.50Original price was: £19.50.£15.50Current price is: £15.50.
