In association with Next Generation Gaming we are proud to be organising this friendly and casual Kings of War: Armada Event which takes place on Sunday April 2nd.
We are capping at 12 players for this event while we find our feet and test the water (see what we did there) and we are hoping you can bring your fleets and join us in battle.
How to Book Your Ticket
Next Generation Gaming, a new tabletop club in York, are managing the venue for the day and supplying tables and terrain and helping to run the events (we also have a Moonstone event taking place) and to help them continue to raise funds they will be receiving all ticket money. To book your place please send £10 by PayPal friends & family to Nextgenyork@gmail.com and use “Armada 2nd April” as a reference with your payment.

Pokémon: Scarlet & Violet York Prerelease Event – Saturday 18th March
Events, Pokemon TCGWe are sooooo excited to be holding our first ever Pokemon Prerelease at EH Gaming in York and this new Scarlet and Violet set is going to be epic! This is your chance to get ahead of the crowd and get your paws on cards from the new set 13 days before it actually releases by taking part in this event on Saturday 18th March, kicking off at 3pm. Set out for a journey in the Paldea region! Meet first partners Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly, and explore the power of the Legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon as Pokémon EX. Other Pokémon EX evolve their way into battle - including Arcanine and Gyarados with a dazzling new look. Even more Pokémon appear as illustration rare cards with amazing artwork - discover them all in the Pokémon TCG: Scarlet & Violet expansion! Date: Saturday 18th March Registration: 2.30 - 3pm Kick Off: 3pm This is a 'Sealed' event - every participant will receive a Build & Battle kit which contains a ready made 40 card deck and 4 Booster Packs for you to create your deck from. We will then play 3 rounds of matches with your new cards. You will receive an extra Scarlet & Violet Booster pack for each round of matches that you complete, so if you stay until the end then you will receive 7 booster packs in total for the event! All ages and abilities are welcome to joint this event. Attendance is only available by purchasing a ticket on this website - there will be no walk-in spaces available on the day. Moonstone Miniatures Game: Casual Tournament – April 2nd
Events, MoonstoneA day of whimsical tabletop skirmish activity beckons - Moonstones have appeared in York and it is time to duke it out and claim them and enjoy riches beyond your wildest dreams... In association with Next Generation Gaming we are proud to be organising the first ever York Moonstone Tournament which takes place on Sunday April 2nd. We are capping at 16 players for this event while we find our feet and test the water and we are hoping you can join in and add to the atmosphere. Although this is a competitive event with prizes we are treating it as a casual tournament so the emphasis will be on enjoying the day and perhaps getting to grips a bit better with how the game plays...please, do not be put off from entering if you haven't played much, this will be a great place to learn! You will need models though - a roster of exactly 8, and you will choose 5 of them to play with during each match. Your models do not HAVE to be painted, though it would be nice if you can manage it between now and then and there will be a prize for the best painted miniature on the day.
