Based on the ubiquitous M5 Stuart light tank hull, the M8 75mm Howitzer Motor Carriage (HMC) provided much needed mobile artillery support to US assault forces. The M8 replaced the M5 Stuart turret with a more spacious open-topped turret to house a short-barrelled M2 75mm howitzer, with a pintle-mounted .50 Cal heavy machine gun to provide additional defensive firepower. It saw extensive US Army and USMC service in the Pacific Theatre, the Italian campaign, and in North West Europe, where it was also used by Free French forces.
In games of Bolt Action the M8 Scott is a light tank armed with a light howitzer and a pintle-mounted heavy machine gun that can be used to defend against air strikes, and can be included in Armoured Platoons.

In June 1940 the American army asked for a vehicle that could "go-anywhere". The answer was the four-wheel drive Willys MB and the Ford GPW, both models referred to as 'Jeeps'.
630,000 jeeps were produced by the end of the war. Developed for reconnaissance and liaison duties, the jeep was well suited to a variety of roles and was even used in airborne landings, as depicted here with the remastered Airborne Jeep for Bolt Action!

Initially designated the M4A3(76)W HVSS but shortened to M4A3E8 (the E8 denoting the HVSS suspension), this medium tank was eventually nicknamed the 'Easy Eight' by the US soldiers who fought in and alongside them. The Easy Eight boasts several improvements over earlier M4 Sherman designs, such as the Horizontal Volute Suspension System (HVSS) and wider tracks, giving it better ground performance; welded hull instead of cast, giving better protection; and 76mm M1A2 main gun, putting it on par with the German 75mm guns.
Includes one plastic 'Easy Eight' medium tank, Bolt Action stat card, Bolt Action Order Dice, assembly guide, full-colour waterslide decal sheet for US and Canadian vehicles and vehicle damage markers.
This vehicle can also be used in games of Achtung Panzer!, the game of close-quarters tank-on-tank combat, its rules can be found in the Achtung Panzer! rulebook.

The M8 Greyhound was a popular and successful 6x6 armoured car that served American and British armies well throughout the war. Its crew of four served a 37mm gun, a co-axial .30 cal, with the more aggressive crews adding a .50 cal on the roof for anti aircraft and local defence. It was used by the US army in Italy, Northwest Europe and the Pacific -in the latter theatre its 37mm gun made it an effective tank destroyer, the role for which it was originally designed.
Replacing the armoured turret for a fixed, open fighting compartment, the M20 scout car was used primarily as a command vehicle, sacrificing the turrets main gun in favour of extra radio capability.
In games of Bolt Action both variants are armoured cars (DV 7+) that can be included in Armoured Platoons. The M8 has a light anti-tank gun, coxial MMG and option to add an HMG, the M20 has an HMG. Both vehicles benefit from the Recce special rule.
