Pokemon TCG: York May 2026 League Challenge Event
Events, Pokemon TCGWelcome to another OFFICIAL Pokémon TCG League Challenge event at EH Gaming in York… Wednesday May 20th is the date and we hope to see you there – here are the details: Registration: 6pm Round One: 6.30pm This will be a Standard Tournament over 4 rounds. Each round will last 30 minutes and play to a ‘Best of 1 game’ format. We expect to finish around 9pm. You will need to bring a completed decklist with you, or they can be emailed to the store ahead of the event. An official Pokemon TCG Judge will be present to ensure that any rules questions or challenges are handled smoothly. Prizes: As well as the chance to earn Championship Points, everyone who plays will receive at least 1 Prize Pack and the full prize structure is as follows: 1st Place = 3 extra Prize Packs 2nd Place = 2 extra Prize Packs 3rd & 4th Place = 1 extra Prize Pack NB: Tickets MUST be booked ahead of the event and no walk-ins are available on the day. Events, Pokemon TCGWelcome to another OFFICIAL Pokémon TCG League Cup event at EH Gaming in York... Saturday 16th May is the date and we hope to see you there - here are the details: Registration: 12pm Round One: 12.30pm This will be a Standard Swiss format Tournament over 4/5 rounds (depending on numbers) with a cut to Top 4. Each round will last 50 minutes and play to a 'Best of 3 games' format. We expect to finish Swiss rounds around 4.30pm. Expected finish time for the Top 4 is 7pm. You will need to bring a completed decklist with you, or they can be emailed to the store ahead of the event. Official Pokemon TCG Judges will be present to ensure that any rules questions or challenges are handled smoothly. Events, Pokemon TCGWe are so excited to be holding another round of Pokemon Prerelease Events at EH Gaming in York and this time we are introducing the Mega Evolution Chaos Rising set... This is your chance to move ahead of the crowd and get your paws on cards from the new set 13 days before it actually releases by taking part in this event on Saturday 16th May, kicking off at 4.30pm. The hustle and bustle of the city turns into havoc as Mega Floette ex brings turmoil to the streets! Filled with courage and determination, Mega Greninja ex gathers other powerful Mega Evolution Pokémon ex, including Mega Pyroar ex and Mega Dragalge ex, to ward off this growing threat. As night falls, danger blossoms in the Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Chaos Rising expansion! Date: Wednesday 16th May 2026 Registration: 4pm - 4.30pm Kick Off: 4.30pm This is a 'Sealed' event - every participant will receive a Build & Battle kit which contains a ready made 40 card deck and 4 Booster Packs for you to create your deck from. We will then play 3 rounds of matches with your new cards. You will receive an extra Chaos Rising Booster pack for each round of matches that you complete, so if you stay until the end then you will have received 7 booster packs in total for the event! All ages and abilities are welcome to joint this event. Attendance is only available by purchasing a ticket on this website - there will be no walk-in spaces available on the day.
