Delivery & Returns Information

Our online store is available to customers residing within the UK and we only deliver to UK addresses. Our deliveries are undertaken by either Royal Mail or a professional courier service and all deliveries will be dispatched within 3 working days of your order being received.

Orders will generally incur a £4.25 delivery charge with the exception of some smaller items which may be cheaper. That said, due to the increasing trend in game publishers making games a lot heavier than 2kg in weight we have had to introduce a Bulky/Heavy items shipping class across some of the games we stock. These items cost us over £7 to ship so we have increased the shipping fee for these products to £5.95 to help maintain our low prices.

For customers in and around the York (UK) area we also offer a click & collect service. This service is free of charge but will require collection of your order from our shop location (Unit 14A, Bull Commercial Centre, Stockton Lane, York YO32 9LE) during opening hours. Your order will be ready to collect within 1 working days of receipt, but often quicker. Please contact us if you have any questions about this service ahead of placing an order.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your order or are not fully satisfied with any product purchased from us through this website then you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund of the items within 14 days of receipt. Please use our contact form to let us know that you wish to return a product. Please make sure that you quote your order number when contacting us as proof of purchase. You can also call us on 01904 401709 during our opening hours if you would like to speak to us about your return. We will deduct the cost of the postal charges we incurred though from your refund.

To receive a refund your product(s) must be returned to us in the original unopened packaging with all associated accessories or parts and must be in an unused condition. You can send the product(s) back to us at your own expense but please ensure you use a service with proof of postage.

Non-faulty goods may not be returned after 14 days of you receiving them.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that a product purchased from us is faulty then within 14 days of receipt we will exchange the faulty product or give you a full refund if requested. The faulty product must be returned to us for a refund to be issued.

Cancelling an Order

You can contact us to cancel an order by using our contact form at any time. As long as the product(s) have not already been dispatched then there will be no charge for cancelling an order. If your order has already been shipped then your order will be subject to the conditions of our Returns Policy above.
