As a special set-feature, Super Rares are back to pack a punch in limited, giving you more than 40 different signature smackdowns to build your deck around and delight the audience with. The Super Slam Prerelease uses Sealed Deck format, once more with 8 packs per player! Build a powerful deck of exactly 30 cards, shuffle up, then get ready to fight!

This prerelease event is all about the cards and the social experience of meeting up to explore the new set together whilst battling it out over 4 or 5 rounds of gameplay.

The format for this pre-release event is Sealed Deck. Each player receives 8 Super Slam booster packs and a Super Slam promo pack to construct a 30 card deck. You can find out more about the Sealed Deck format over at https://fabtcg.com/resources/gameplay-formats/sealed-deck/.
The event will play out over 4 or 5 rounds, depending on numbers of attendees.
Car Parking is available on-site and refreshments are available in-store.

Pokemon TCG: York November 2025 League Challenge Event
Events, Pokemon TCGWelcome to another OFFICIAL Pokémon TCG League Challenge event at EH Gaming in York... Wednesday November 12th is the date and we hope to see you there - here are the details: Registration: 6pm Round One: 6.30pm This will be a Standard Tournament over 4 rounds. Each round will last 30 minutes and play to a 'Best of 1 game' format. We expect to finish around 9pm. You will need to bring a completed decklist with you, or they can be emailed to the store ahead of the event. An official Pokemon TCG Judge will be present to ensure that any rules questions or challenges are handled smoothly. Prizes: As well as the chance to earn Championship Points, everyone who plays will receive at least 1 Prize Pack and the full prize structure is as follows: 1st Place = 3 extra Prize Packs 2nd Place = 2 extra Prize Packs 3rd & 4th Place = 1 extra Prize Pack NB: Tickets MUST be booked ahead of the event and no walk-ins are available on the day.
