Welcome to our first ever Star Wars Unlimited Store Showdown event at EH Gaming in York…
Saturday May 4th is the date and we hope to see you there – here are the details:
Registration: 11am
Round One: 11.30am
This will be a Standard Swiss format Tournament over 5 rounds with a cut to Top 8.
Each round will last 55 minutes and play to a ‘Best of 3 games’ format. We expect to finish Swiss rounds around 4.45pm.
Expected finish time for the Top 8 is 8pm.
You will need to bring two copies of a completed decklist with you, or an electronic copy can be emailed to the store ahead of the event.

1st Place = 1 x Mace Windu Champion, Finalist, Top 4 & Top 8 Trophy Cards & 6 x Star Wars Unlimited Booster Packs
2nd Place = 1 x Mace Windu Finalist, Top 4 & Top 8 Trophy Cards & 4 x Star Wars Unlimited Booster Packs
3rd & 4th Place = 1 x Mace Windu Top 4 & Top 8 Trophy Cards & 3 x Star Wars Unlimited Booster Packs
5th to 8th Place = 1 x Mace Windu Top 8 Trophy Card & 2 x Star Wars Unlimited Booster Packs
Every participant will receive a special ‘Takedown’ Store Showdown exclusive promo card.

NB: Your deck must consist of exactly one leader, exactly one base, and a minimum 50-card draw deck. You can also have a sideboard of up to 10 non-leader, non-base cards.
Your draw deck cannot include more than three copies of any one card.

Date: Saturday 31st August Registration: 1.30pm - 2pm Kick Off: 2pm This is a 'Sealed' event - every participant will receive a Stellar Crown Build & Battle kit which contains a ready made 40 card deck and 4 Booster Packs for you to create your deck from. We will then play 3 rounds of matches with your new cards. You will receive an extra Stellar Crown Booster pack for each round of matches that you complete, so if you stay until the end then you will receive 7 booster packs in total for the event! Saturday 28th September is the date and we hope to see you there - here are the details: Registration: 11.30am Round One: 12pm This will be a Standard Swiss format Tournament over 5 rounds with a cut to Top 4. Each round will last 50 minutes and play to a 'Best of 3 games' format. We expect to finish Swiss rounds around 5pm. Expected finish time for the Top 4 is 7.15pm. You will need to bring a completed decklist with you, or they can be emailed to the store ahead of the event. Official Pokemon TCG Judges will be present to ensure that any rules questions or challenges are handled smoothly. Prizes: The prize structure is as follows (per Division {Junior, Senior, Master}): 1st Place = 1 x League Cup Playmat & 4 x Play! Prize Packs 2nd Place = 3 x Play! Registration: 6pm to 6.15pm Deck-Building: 6.15 - 7pm Round One: 7pm We expect to finish around 10.30pmYou will receive a Prerelease kit and two extra bonus Duskmourn booster packs. The Prerelease kit contains 6 booster packs and a foil promo card along with a spindown dice life counter. Players open the Prerelease Pack booster, build a 40-card Sealed deck from the cards contained within, and try out the new cards for the first time in a casual tournament.
This is a great format for new and experienced players alike. -
