This is your chance to move ahead of the crowd and get your paws on cards from the new set 6 days before it actually releases by taking part in this event on Saturday 8th November, kicking off at 12.30pm. Searing blue flames rip across a dark battlefield as Mega Charizard X ex soars up and looks down upon its opponents! With a deep chill to rival the heat, the shadowy figure of Mega Gengar ex slowly rises into view, and both Pokémon prepare to attack. Determined to prove their mettle, Mega Heracross ex, Mega Lopunny ex, and even more Pokémon line up to give it their all in the Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution - Phantasmal Flames expansion! Date: Saturday 8th November 2025 Registration: 3.30pm - 4pm Kick Off: 4pm This is a 'Sealed' event - every participant will receive a Build & Battle kit which contains a ready made 40 card deck and 4 Booster Packs for you to create your deck from. We will then play 3 rounds of matches with your new cards. You will receive an extra Phantasmal Flames Booster pack for each round of matches that you complete, so if you stay until the end then you will have received 7 booster packs in total for the event! Pokemon TCG: York November 2025 League Challenge Event
Events, Pokemon TCGWelcome to another OFFICIAL Pokémon TCG League Challenge event at EH Gaming in York... Wednesday November 12th is the date and we hope to see you there - here are the details: Registration: 6pm Round One: 6.30pm This will be a Standard Tournament over 4 rounds. Each round will last 30 minutes and play to a 'Best of 1 game' format. We expect to finish around 9pm. You will need to bring a completed decklist with you, or they can be emailed to the store ahead of the event. An official Pokemon TCG Judge will be present to ensure that any rules questions or challenges are handled smoothly. Prizes: As well as the chance to earn Championship Points, everyone who plays will receive at least 1 Prize Pack and the full prize structure is as follows: 1st Place = 3 extra Prize Packs 2nd Place = 2 extra Prize Packs 3rd & 4th Place = 1 extra Prize Pack NB: Tickets MUST be booked ahead of the event and no walk-ins are available on the day.
