Quickview 2000AD Miniatures Game, Tabletop GamesFor millions of Mega-City One’s citizens there can be no greater symbol of the law than Judge Joe Dredd, not even the Statue of Judgement itself. The mere mention of his name is enough to give even the most hardened criminals pause. Dredd has been appointed a temporary member of the Council of Five on several occasions. However, he is only truly content when patrolling the streets dispensing the law directly and his well-known dislike of bureaucracy keeps him well away from the Hall of Justice. If it is true that a man can be measured by the quality of his enemies then Dredd will take some beating. Over the years, he has clashed with mad Chief Judges, transdimensional denizens of Deadworld, super agents of the Sov Bloc, necromancers and powerful mutant pre-cogs. Yet it’s probably safe to say that from Dredd’s perspective bringing one of these individuals to justice is no more important than the prosecution of a citizen for littering or a juve for spraying graffiti on a wall. Everyone is equal in the eyes of the law!

All are given basic training in squad tactics and care and maintenance of personal weapons. They are issued with a ballistic shell suit and assigned a weapon that must be returned to the armoury at the end of any training event. Quickview 2000AD Miniatures Game, Tabletop GamesDue to Government minister Nelson Bunker Kreelman's anti-mutant laws, mutants are not allowed to hold down a job or even buy food for themselves. Confined to segregated ghettos and slums they live a miserable existence. Small wonder many of them flock to the New Mutant Army and hit back at their norm tormentors with guerilla raids before finally launching an all-out assault on the Palace of Upminster, the seat of the norm government. Each division of then Mutant Army is led by a fierce, charismatic figure such as this included in this set: Studs Boyce of the Midlands Divison, the Welsh Divisions Evans the Fist, Clacton Fuzz of the South-East Division and the Tyne-and-Weirdies led by The Torso from Newcastle. In overall command of the Mutant Army is the multi-limbed General Armz.
Quickview 2000AD Miniatures Game, SPRING SALE, Tabletop GamesRiding a wave of anti-mutant sentiment, rich civic leader Nelson Bunker Krellman was elected to New British Parliament largely due to his anti-mutie rhetoric. On his election, he began enacting anti-mutant laws that forbade mutants from owning property, having jobs, or even congregating on the streets. To enforce the harsh new laws Kreelman's quasi-official anti-mutant 'peacekeeping' patrols, the Kreelers, inflict brutality upon the mutants living in a New Britain devastated by nuclear war, sending many of the more able-bodied to work in experimental labour camps far from the populace. Arch anti-mutant politician Nelson B. Kreelman is also the mutant hero, Johnny Alpha's father...
