Bolt Action: Sherman VC Firefly
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesSherman Firefly was a British invention that mounted the powerful 17 pdr anti-tank gun on a Sherman hull. Making its debut on D-Day with one Firefly per troop, it soon became highly valued as the only British tank capable of defeating the Panther and Tiger tanks it faced in Normandy at standard combat ranges. In recognition of this, German tank and anti-tank gun crews were instructed to attack Fireflies first. Over 2,000 were made, and by late 1944 numbers had increased to two per troop. Often known as the 'Charlie' tanks in the field because of the 'c' denoting them as rearmed with the 17-pdr, the nickname 'Firefly' was unofficial and referred to the huge muzzle blast. As with all Warlord plastic vehicle kits, the Firefly comes with its own sheet of waterslide decals with a variety of unit markings, tank names, and other identifying markings to give your model that additional touch of realism when it takes to the tabletop battlefield! In games of Bolt Action the Sherman Firefly is a medium tank with a super-heavy anti-tank gun with a reduced HE charge. It can be included in any British armoured platoon. This vehicle can also be used in games of Achtung Panzer!, the game of close-quarters tank-on-tank combat, its rules can be found in the Achtung Panzer! rulebook.Original price was: £25.00.£19.99Current price is: £19.99. -

Bolt Action: M8/M20 Greyhound Scout Car
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe M8 Greyhound was a popular and successful 6x6 armoured car that served American and British armies well throughout the war. Its crew of four served a 37mm gun, a co-axial .30 cal, with the more aggressive crews adding a .50 cal on the roof for anti aircraft and local defence. It was used by the US army in Italy, Northwest Europe and the Pacific -in the latter theatre its 37mm gun made it an effective tank destroyer, the role for which it was originally designed. Replacing the armoured turret for a fixed, open fighting compartment, the M20 scout car was used primarily as a command vehicle, sacrificing the turrets main gun in favour of extra radio capability. In games of Bolt Action both variants are armoured cars (DV 7+) that can be included in Armoured Platoons. The M8 has a light anti-tank gun, coxial MMG and option to add an HMG, the M20 has an HMG. Both vehicles benefit from the Recce special rule. Contains:Original price was: £22.00.£17.60Current price is: £17.60.- 1/56th scale hard plastic US M8 or M20 armoured car

Bolt Action: Italian Paracadutisti Support Group
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesOriginal price was: £29.50.£23.50Current price is: £23.50.Led by tough, experienced officers, the Italian paratroopers were a well-respected foe – during the battle of El Alamein troops of the Folgore (Lightning) Division repelled the British attacks for weeks. The Folgore fought until expending their last round of ammunition, taking out British tanks with near suicidal close quarters attacks and choosing bayonet charges over raising the white flag, such was their elan. Like their Regio Esercito (Royal Italian Army) counterparts, the airborne divisions relied heavily on the Breda 37 medium machine gun and the Mortaio da 81/14 Modello 35 81mm mortar for close fire support. Bolt Action: Italian Paracadutisti Weapons Teams
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesOriginal price was: £16.00.£12.75Current price is: £12.75.Infantry weapons teams are a key component of any Bolt Action army, providing greater tactical flexibility for your force. Sniper teams, anti-tank teams and light mortar teams are among the most prevalent, presenting your opponent with multiple challenges to overcome. The Solothurn anti-tank rifle was a cross between a true anti-tank rifle and a light anti-tank gun. Featuring a light wheeled carriage and a magazine-feed, the Solothurn could achieve a rate of fire of up to 20 rounds per minute. The Italian army had no specialist sniper rifle, and the relatively light-weight Carcano Model 1891 with its small calibre bullet was not ideally suited to the role. However, in the hands of a skilled marksman the weapon would prove deadly enough. The Brixia 45mm light mortar was a powerful and successful weapon in the hands of properly trained soldiers. Its rate of fire was higher than similar weapons employed by other nations, and its accuracy was also unparalleled. Box contains:- Six Warlord Resin™ Figures
- Plastic Bases
- Three Order Dice

Bolt Action: Italian Army & Blackshirts
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesOriginal price was: £37.00.£29.50Current price is: £29.50.Mussolini famously boasted that the Italian army had eight million bayonets standing at the ready. In actuality, the standing Italian army was far smaller than that, with huge numbers of troops conscripted into a war they neither believed in nor understood. The fighting ability of units of the Italian army varied greatly, with much of the rank and file lacking proper equipment, transport and even motivation. Still, there were several key battles in North Africa and the Eastern Front where they performed well. Camicie Nere (Blackshirts) Militia The MVSN or Milizia Volontaria per la Sicurezza Nazionale (Voluntary Militia for National Security) was made by the Fascist Party into a paramilitary organization similar in concept to the German SS. The rank and organizational terminology used by the MVSN was very close to that of ancient Rome, with legions, centuries, cohorts, maniples and so on. Mostly concerned with territorial security and counter-partisan activities, in wartime the Camicie Nere were organized into ‘assault legions’ that were fielded alongside regular army infantry divisions to reinforce them and as a way to ‘politicize’ the Regio Esercito. The quality of these militia units varied immensely, ranging from barely trained village bullies to veterans of the Spanish Civil War and highly motivated ‘Giovani Fascisti’ (young fascists). The Sprue The Italian uniform changed several times during the course of the war and we chose the pattern that could best represent a wide array of troops, at different times during the war, and in different theatres of operation. At 28mm scale, these are ideal to represent M37 or M40 tunics. We have also included the Camiciotto Sahariana pullover smock for added variety. Weaponry includes the M91/41 rifle, M91/38 Carcano Cavalry Carbine, M38A Beretta SMG, M38 Carcano carbine, M1934, 9mm Beretta pistol and Breda M30 LMG. A wide variety of headgear for the Italian Army and Blackshirts are included – M33 steel helmets, Bustina cap, M1935 pith helmet, Blackshirt soft fez & Blackshirt hard fez. Not only that but the sprue contains masses of optional extras such as two types of gas mask bags, goggles, bayonets, combat knives, etc!
