Bolt Action: British & Inter-Allied Commandos
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe Commandos established an extraordinary reputation for dash and bravery in World War II. Formed in 1940 by order of British Prime Minister Winston Churchill with the express goal of taking the fight back to the apparently unstoppable German armed forces that had thrown the British Expeditionary Force out of France with such apparent ease. An all-volunteer force, they recruited from all parts of the armed services. Indeed there were Army commandos, Naval commandos and the Inter-Allied Commando regiment which included nationalities such as the Belgians, Polish, Dutch and others. Commandos fought in campaigns in Europe, Burma, Africa and earned battle honours for many famous actions including arguably the greatest raid of all – St Nazaire. Commandos were fielded in many different ways - from units of less than a full section up to full assault divisions depending on the task at hand. Superbly trained, aggressive in action, well-equipped and deadly in hand-to-hand combat the Commandos were rightly feared by their German, Italian and Japanese foes. Bolt Action: M10 Wolverine Tank Destroyer
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe M10's M7 3-inch (76.2mm) anti-tank gun was a considerable improvement over the 75mm carried by the Sherman. The M10’s relatively thin 37mm of armour (and open-topped five-sided welded turret) on the other hand made it vulnerable to anti-tank weapons, so its main role became defensive, often firing from concealed positions. The M10 was also widely used by the British, who called it the Wolverine. As such this plastic set comes complete with choice of US or British crew plus extensive decal sheets to gear up your tank hunters for action! In games of Bolt Action the M10 is a light tank with a heavy anti-tank gun. It can be included in armoured platoons. This vehicle can also be used in games of Achtung Panzer!, the game of close-quarters tank-on-tank combat, its rules can be found in the Achtung Panzer! rulebook.Original price was: £25.00.£19.99Current price is: £19.99. -

Black Powder: British Union Brigade Cavalry
Black Powder, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesDuring the Hundred Days campaign of 1815, it was the 2nd British heavy cavalry brigade – made up of three elite heavy dragoon regiments – that smashed the enormous attack columns of d’Erlon’s corps in the opening moves at Waterloo, putting to flight, capturing or killing thousands of French infantry. Not content with such a feat they continued on to harry the French gun line before becoming blown, over-extended and driven back with staggering casualties by vengeful French horse. The Union Brigade was named thus as it was made up of three units: 1st Royal Regiment of Dragoons (English), 2nd Regiment of Dragoons (Royal Scots Greys), and the 6th Dragoons (the Inniskillens from Ireland). All clad in red, they rode particularly large and aggressive horses – Britain had the pick of the best horses in this period. This set allows you to build any of the three regiments in the Union Brigade as well as headgear options for the Peninsular campaign. Black Powder: Anglo-Zulu War – British Line Infantry Regiment
Black Powder, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe average British redcoat was the most dangerous animal in Africa, equipped as he was with the Martini-Henry breech-loading rifle which he was capable of firing 15 times a minute out to 1,200 yards range in volley fire if needs be. His legendary discipline, his marching ability (enough to traverse all manner of terrain) and his determination to fight his enemies, which were legion, all made the British redcoat an implacable foe. Well led, well-equipped and thoroughly trained in their abilities, they blazed a trail for Empire all over the world. Cheerful and confident the redcoats of the County Regiments served their sovereign well, smashing their enemy with concentrated rifle fire and, if necessary, selling their lives dearly behind the thrust of their wicked long bayonets. These Redcoats models represent any British unit of the Anglo-Zulu War. Black Powder: British Line Infantry (Peninsular War)
Black Powder, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesWidely held as the finest body of fighting men to have fought under the Union flag, the British army in the Peninsular campaign tasted defeat but were far more often to be found savouring yet another victory over their old foe, the French. Led by great commanders such as Moore, Crauford and Wellesley, the British army was a well-drilled and, on the whole, disciplined force that saw service on the Iberian Peninsula from 1808 until the end of the campaign in 1814. The redcoated British foot regiments were ably supported by their Portugese, Spanish and German allies in addition to their countrymen in the cavalry and artillery. This multi-national force subjected defeat after defeat on Bonaparte's French, bringing such battle honours as Vitoria, Salamanca, Talavera, and the brutal siege of Badajoz into British military legend. Black Powder: Anglo-Zulu War – Unmarried Zulu Impi
Black Powder, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesUsuthu! The feared Zulu warcry of 'Kill!' shouted by hundreds of brave, fierce warriors would put fear into the hearts of most men. The men shouting this battle-cry have a lot to prove as they are the unmarried warriors of the Zulu impis. Zulu tradition held that until they 'washed their spears' in the blood of an enemy of the King they could not choose a girl to marry, so closing and killing an enemy ensured a bride and a greatly enhanced status. These young bloods moved swiftly in extended order, sniping with their selection of antique firearms or hurling long spears some 30 yards with great accuracy. Although generally stripping down for close quarter fighting, a Zulu dressed in full regalia was an awe-inspiring sight, with monkey tails, otter fur, cow tails and crane feathers creating a look that might overwhelm a foe by looks alone. Warlord Games give you the chance to field whole unique regiments or to field some of the more traditional units, and however you assemble and paint them they will look a brave sight on the battlefield. Contains:Original price was: £25.00.£19.99Current price is: £19.99.- Enough plastic components to make 32 Unmarried Zulus.

Black Powder: Anglo-Zulu War – Married Zulu Impi
Black Powder, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe Zulu army was a formidable foe. Well-trained, well-led, and well-equipped for campaigns, the Zulu regiments were the terror of Africa. Created by the great Shaka, founder of the nation, each regiment was composed of small companies who trained together, and a regiment could be 1,000 men strong. They were then brigaded together to form divisions that could move at great speed and with drilled precision, forming the classic Zulu attack formation of the Horns of the Buffalo. The military system formed units into married and unmarried units, so a cadre of young men would be forced to remain unmarried on the King's orders until they had 'washed their spears' in the blood of their enemies. They are armed with throwing spears, smoothbore muskets and the deadly stabbing short spear whilst their patterned ox-hide shields help identify their parent regiment. Once they were blooded, and only then, would they sew in the characteristic head ring which is the symbol of a mature and married warrior, showing his much enhanced status in society. These then are the finest warriors of a fierce and proud army of 40,000 men, eager to preserve Zululand from all invaders, Swazi, Boer or British! Contains:Original price was: £25.00.£19.99Current price is: £19.99.- Enough plastic components to make 32 Married Zulus
