When a block war erupts the men, women and robot auxiliaries of the Justice Department bear the brunt of quelling the fighting and preventing it spilling into a multi-block war – or worse.
Assault Judges are all handpicked veterans, pulled from the ranks of Street Judges and trained to bring an end to criminal activity in the speediest (and most brutal) manner possible. Equipped with riot shields and either Day Sticks or Disruptor Guns, they are deployed during the very worst of block wars to target leaders and combatants who have managed to get hold of heavy weapons.
Stern, unyielding and covered in heavyweight armour, the Riot Judges are trained to handle large mobs. Riot Judges operate in small teams and are trained and equipped to contain, pacify, and arrest unruly citizens, only sweeping in to break heads when there are few other options.

Players of Strontium Dog may find a few familiar ideas within the core rules of Judge Dredd. This game heavily expands on those skirmish rules to reflect the urban environments of Mega-City One. The Judge Dredd rulebook contains everything you need to know about playing the game and includes rules for fighting within buildings and using vehicles. As well as a number of scenarios, there are rules for developing your chosen faction in a series of linked games.
As well as a softback copy of the rules, you'll receive 10 miniatures (in the new Warlord Resin); 8 block gang members and 2 street judges to begin your skirmishes in Mega-City One.
In the box, you'll also find a double-sided full-colour playmat and all the dice and tokens you need to get playing.

In retaliation to the percieved injustice of the food restrictions following the Apocalypse War, militant elements of the obese founded the ‘League of Fatties’ believing they had an inalienable right to food, which they would take by any means necessary. Whilst an individual Fattie might seem a less than threatening figure, the first food raids saw massed wedges of obese activists trundling forward supported by their BeliWheels®. With their layers of flab providing a natural armour against anything but the most lethal weapons, little could stop them once momentum was gained. Large numbers of ‘Skinnies’ and ‘Bones’ were crushed in the stampedes and from belly flops but, after the death of several Judges trying to protect a food storage facility, a crackdown was swift.
