Bolt Action: Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesBased on the reliable Czechoslovakian Panzer 38(t) chassis, almost 3,000 of Hetzers (Baiters) were built by the war’s end. Their small size and very low profile gave them distinct advantages in the role of tank hunters. In addition, the Hetzer wasn’t hampered by the mechanical problems associated with the larger tank destroyers such as the Jagdpanther and Jagdtiger, nor did it have the unprotected fighting compartment of the Nashorn or Marder tank hunters. plus its remote control roof machine gun gave it good close defence capability. Hetzers equipped many Waffen-SS and Wehrmacht (even the Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine) formations, seeing action on all fronts on which Germany fought as well as with the Hungarian army. The first Hetzers entered service with 731st and 743rd Heeres Panzerjäger Abteilung in May/June of 1944. This plastic boxed set allows you to build one of three vehicle types: A mid/late production Hetzer, Flammpanzer 38(t) and 2cm FlaK auf Hetzer reconnaissance/AA vehicle. Includes: one 1/56th scale hard plastic Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer tank destroyer, vehicle damage markers, full-colour assembly and painting guide, Bolt Action stat cards and waterslide decal sheet (for German and Hungarian vehicles). This vehicle can also be used in games of Achtung Panzer!, the game of close-quarters tank-on-tank combat, its rules can be found in the Achtung Panzer! rulebook.Original price was: £25.00.£19.99Current price is: £19.99. -

Bolt Action: M18 Hellcat
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe Hellcat’s prodigious speed was attained by keeping its armour to no more than 1″ thick. Hellcat crews quickly took advantage of the vehicle’s speed to avoid being fired on and to outflank the heavily armoured German tanks. The M18 Hellcat first saw service in Italy but rose to fame in North West Europe, dominating German tanks (including Panthers) at Arracourt then playing a key role in the Battle of the Bulge. It also saw action in the Pacific in US and Chinese Nationalist service, being used more in the fire support role as Japanese tanks posed little threat. In games of Bolt Action the Hellcat is classed as an armoured car (Damage Value 7+) with a heavy anti-tank gun and the option to add a pintle mounted HMG, with the Fast and Recce special rules. It can be included in Amoured Platoons. Contains:- 1 M18 Hellcat plastic kit

Bolt Action: Anti-Tank Obstacles
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe development of fast-moving reliable tanks led to many ideas of how to slow or destroy them. Large shaped blocks of concrete, strengthened with a steel core, often called Dragon's Teeth were a good way to block a vehicle's progress. Equally, infantry had to be stopped or channeled away, so engineers on all sides were kept busy constructing wooden and steel frames that held long rolls of taught barbed wire, solid enough to keep away all but the most determined men.Original price was: £15.00.£11.99Current price is: £11.99. -

Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesAlthough caught unawares and ill-equipped by Hitler’s last gamble in the West – the Battle of the Bulge – embattled US troops won through whilst staving off the twin foes of the German offensive and the harsh winter conditions. Bolt Action: Polish Infantry Squad in Greatcoats
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesDespite facing the double invasion of their homeland in 1939 by both Germany and the Soviet Union, the vastly outnumbered Polish military fought with bravery and tenacity. The Polish army in 1939 was large, well-officered and relatively well-equipped. It fought hard, but was entirely outmanoeuvred by fast-moving German armoured thrusts supported by all arms in a new dynamic style of war that a largely foot-slogging Polish army could not match. When the Soviets joined the fight and also invaded Poland, bisecting the country, it was too much for an already over-extended army short of armour and air support to hold out against – the end was inevitable. The Poles put up a dogged resistance to the two invading forces despite, in some cases, being utterly outnumbered. There were many desperate actions where the Poles fought the invaders to a standstill, and the stoic infantry held their ground whilst their dashing Polish cavalry caught the enemy by surprise. Equipped with Mauser rifles, great coats, and standard polish uniform. Warlord sculptor Wojtek brought these heroes to life in full kit, fighting in the early autumn of 1939. Bolt Action: Polish Army Support Group
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesPolish HQ Considering the country’s location and involvement in major European conflicts for centuries, Polish officers came from a society that valued a proud military tradition. After the end of World War I, having freshly wrested its independence from neighboring powers, Poland was in a state of almost constant conflict. Most of the officers in Poland’s military were experienced and capable leaders. Polish Medium Machine Gun Team An almost exact copy of the American M1917 machine gun, the Polish military fielded its CKM wz.30 machine gun in a fashion similar to that of other European nations. It fired a 7.92mm round, like those utilized by most riflemen. Several thousand of these were produced for Poland’s armed forces during the build-up to World War II. The CKM Hotchkiss wz.14 was also used as was the CKM Maxim. Polish Medium Mortar Team Poland made use of 81mm mortars of similar design to most other nations at the time. These weapons were not as commonplace in the Polish Army as they were in other forces. Nonetheless, when available, they proved a reliable firing platform for the Polish crews manning them.Original price was: £29.50.£23.60Current price is: £23.60. -

Bolt Action: Polish Army Weapons Teams
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesInfantry weapons teams are a key component of any Bolt Action army, providing as they do great tactical flexibility for your force. Sniper teams, light mortar teams and anti-tank rifle teams are among the most prevalent, presenting your opponent with multiple challenges to overcome. Like many other nations, Poland learned well the lessons of World War I, and saw the value in close-support mortar weaponry. Many infantry companies were issued 46mm light mortars to fulfil this close support role. The Polish Army didn’t include specially equipped snipers as such, but the best shots in a company would be designated as marksmen. The Polish wz.35 anti-tank rifle was unusual in that it did not fire a solid tungsten core round as did most other nations’ anti-tank rifles. Rather, it fired a standard lead core with a steel jacket. Instead of penetrating the hull like traditional anti-tank rounds, the transferred energy would cause spalling (making a piece of armour tear off inside the crew compartment) that lead to fragments ricocheting around the inside of the vehicle – a very nasty affair for the crew! Bolt Action: British Airborne Weapons Teams
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesInfantry weapons teams are a key component of any Bolt Action army, providing as they do great tactical flexibility for your force. Sniper teams, anti-tank teams and flamethrower teams are among the most prevalent, presenting your opponent with multiple challenges to overcome. British forces were armed with 2-inch mortar for close support purposes. Two men were needed to operate it. An NCO was responsible for carrying and firing the weapon while the other carried ammunition. Weighing less than 11Ibs and offering an effective range of 500 yards, these mortars were quick to manoeuvre and deploy as needed. Snipers were armed with a SMLE No.4 Rifle equipped with a No.32 Mk.1 telescopic sight. The team carried fifty rounds of ammunition, five tracer round and fiver-armour-piercing rounds. Two No.36 Mills bombs or two No.77 smoke grenades were also carried, along with binoculars and a camouflage net. The portable flamethrower available to British forces was the Ack Pack. At a weight of 64Ibs, the Ack Packs could be carried and operated by one man. Fully loaded, the Ack Pack was capable of ten bursts each of a two second duration. With a range of fifty yards it was a truly fearsome weapon that excelled in clearing bunkers and buildings. Bolt Action: Sherman V (M4A4)
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesSupplied under the Lend-Lease programme to Great Britain, the M4A4 was renamed the Sherman V by its new owners. The Sherman V would be the mainstay of the British and Polish armoured units during the later years of the Second World War and was also used by the Free French. This was the most numerous British tank. Its only downside was a high silhouette, but the Sherman made up for this with its reliability, ruggedness and numbers. Armed with a 75mm gun it excelled at supporting infantry and suppressing enemy guns, and though later outgunned by German heavies, the Sherman still gave a good account of itself in rare armoured encounters. In games of Bolt Action the Sherman V is a medium tank armed with a medium anti-tank gun that benefits from the Improved HE special rule, a coaxial MMG, hull mounted MMG and optional pintle mounted HMG. It can be included in Armoured Platoons. NB: this model is of a British Sherman V but can also be used as an M4/A1/A2/A3/A4 in US service. Bolt Action: Sherman VC Firefly
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesSherman Firefly was a British invention that mounted the powerful 17 pdr anti-tank gun on a Sherman hull. Making its debut on D-Day with one Firefly per troop, it soon became highly valued as the only British tank capable of defeating the Panther and Tiger tanks it faced in Normandy at standard combat ranges. In recognition of this, German tank and anti-tank gun crews were instructed to attack Fireflies first. Over 2,000 were made, and by late 1944 numbers had increased to two per troop. Often known as the 'Charlie' tanks in the field because of the 'c' denoting them as rearmed with the 17-pdr, the nickname 'Firefly' was unofficial and referred to the huge muzzle blast. As with all Warlord plastic vehicle kits, the Firefly comes with its own sheet of waterslide decals with a variety of unit markings, tank names, and other identifying markings to give your model that additional touch of realism when it takes to the tabletop battlefield! In games of Bolt Action the Sherman Firefly is a medium tank with a super-heavy anti-tank gun with a reduced HE charge. It can be included in any British armoured platoon. This vehicle can also be used in games of Achtung Panzer!, the game of close-quarters tank-on-tank combat, its rules can be found in the Achtung Panzer! rulebook.Original price was: £25.00.£19.99Current price is: £19.99. -

Bolt Action: French Renault R35 Light Tank
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesFielded in great numbers by the French army, the Renault R35 was used to support infantry formations as they battled the invading Germans. Designed to replace the antiquated FT-17 tanks, the Renault R35 was a small but well-armoured French infantry support tank. It would also see service with the French, German, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian and Yugoslavian armies! The R35 was slow but, as it was largely employed to support infantry, speed wasn't a key consideration, although its two-man crew were usually overworked in the cramped confines. Its armour was impressive for a tank of the early war period – up to 43mm. It had a low velocity 37mm main gun and a machine gun giving it good infantry support capability – the main role this tank was used in. Bolt Action: French Army Infantry section
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesDeclaring war on Germany in 1939, the French armed forces were superior to the Germans in tanks and ships but suffered from outdated tactical and strategic doctrine at the highest level. Fighting alongside their British allies, the French army performed a brave rearguard action culminating in the remarkable withdrawal from Europe at Dunkirk. With the British heading back to England, the French forces battled on stubbornly as the Germans closed on Paris… Although much has been written of the German armoured forces and the defeat of the British at Dunkirk in the dark days of 1940, far too little has been written about the gallant stands made by the French army. The French army started World War II as the most powerful army in the world. Well-equipped, with excellent tanks and artillery, the infantry divisions were numerous and confident of fighting off the hated Boche as they had twenty two years before. This was not the same war though, and the French infantrymen found themselves all too often fighting off German armoured units which had outmanoeuvred them as the Blitzkrieg rolled across Europe. It was for the honour of France and their regiments that so many Frenchmen dug in and fought it out against a more technologically and tactically advanced foe. By the time of the cease fire they had killed 27,000 Germans but had suffered appalling losses of nearly 100,000 dead and 250,000 wounded. Many brave Frenchmen went on to fight against the Allies with Vichy France, ensuring admiration and loathing in equal measure, whilst others would return to France with the Allied invasion in 1944 to reclaim their homeland… Contains a 10-man French Army Infantry Section:Original price was: £26.50.£21.20Current price is: £21.20.- 1 NCO with rifle

Bolt Action: German Kriegsmarine Squad
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe men of the Kriegsmarine were often asked to do more than serve at sea. U-Boat and ship crews could be found in land actions in many theatres, wearing their trademark blue sailor’s uniforms or the grey-blue U-Boat leathers as they took the fight to the enemy. The German Navy (or Kriegsmarine) had the peculiar battle honour of being involved in the first action of WW2 and also its last. Infantry units of the navy, equipped with Wehrmacht weaponry and wearing their trademark dark blue uniforms and steel helmets, assaulted the Polish port of Danzig in the opening action of the war and, five years later, flew into the maelstrom of Berlin, landing in parks and on lakes using seaplanes or any other available transport aircraft. This time they were equipped with panzerfausts in an attempt to stave off the avenging Russian armour. They formed at least three divisions and some regular army officers were placed in the units to give them the value of their experience. They frequently fought under their usual officer, so a unit could be led by a Korvettenkapitän or U-Boat commander. They fought in Poland, Narvik, Russia, Dieppe, Arnhem, many of the cut off German garrisoned ports, as well as Holland and Berlin. The Welsh 53rd Division fought them regularly in Holland and found them full of fight, giving them the nickname of the "Blue Devils".Original price was: £26.50.£21.20Current price is: £21.20. -

Bolt Action: Soviet IS-2 Heavy Tank
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesWhat do you do when you are told to upgrade an already giant metal monster that took a whole new generation of tank to actually deal with? You make it bigger and make it louder. The IS-2 is that very same beast, made as a competent replacement for the KV series and it was a far better designed machine than its predecessor. It had thick frontal armour and a huge 122mm gun, despite its size; the weight is comparable to that of the German Panther. The IS-2 was intended as a breakthrough tank so it was given a weapon suitable for such a task; and it broke through gloriously, right through the German lines and into the heart of Germany itself. Bolt Action: Fallschirmjäger (WWII German Airborne)
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe world's first paratroopers to be used in large numbers, the German Fallschirmjager were at the tip of the spear when war broke out in 1939. They led daring assaults on strategic targets, such as the fortress at Eben Emael, enabling the following panzers to overrun Europe. As a paratrooper force the Fallschirmjager's greatest achievement would be the intense fighting they performed as they seized Crete in the face of more numerous British and Commonwealth forces during 1941. This pyrrhic victory meant that they were never again used en masse. Small units still operated by glider and parachute, famously rescuing Italian leader Mussolini, and raiding behind American lines in the Ardennes. Their finest hour would undoubtly be the bitter fighting as they occupied the monastery at Monte Cassino for months in the face of overwhelming odds, earning themselves the nickname 'Green Devils'. The German Paratroopers were arguably the toughest in a tough army. Warlord Games Fallschirmjager miniatures are ideally suited for battles in North West Europe and can also be used in actions on the Russian Front.Original price was: £37.00.£29.60Current price is: £29.60. -
