Bolt Action: Sd.Kfz 250 (Alte) Half-Track (Options for 250/1, 250/4 & 250/7 Variants)
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe Sd.Kfz 250/1 was a reconnaissance and transport half-track mainly used by scout and HQ units. The vehicle was a shortened version of the ubiquitous Sd.Kfz 251 Hanomag series and much like its longer cousin there were many variants fulfilling different roles, such as cable carriers, ammunition carriers, and radio carriers, amongst others. It carried six men including the driver and the co-driver and was armed with two pintle-mounted MG34 machine guns, one shielded facing forward and the other covering the rear and air. The model included in this set is based on the original 'Alte' (old) version which served through World War II, despite the 'Neu' (new) version beginning to be introduced from late 1943. There are enough parts to build one of the following versions:Original price was: £22.00.£17.60Current price is: £17.60.- Sd.Kfz 250/1 - the standard version of this armoured half-track.
- Sd.Kfz 250/4 - a prototype anti-aircraft variant, armed with twin-mounted MG34s, that never reached full production.

Bolt Action: French Renault R35 Light Tank
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesFielded in great numbers by the French army, the Renault R35 was used to support infantry formations as they battled the invading Germans. Designed to replace the antiquated FT-17 tanks, the Renault R35 was a small but well-armoured French infantry support tank. It would also see service with the French, German, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian and Yugoslavian armies! The R35 was slow but, as it was largely employed to support infantry, speed wasn't a key consideration, although its two-man crew were usually overworked in the cramped confines. Its armour was impressive for a tank of the early war period – up to 43mm. It had a low velocity 37mm main gun and a machine gun giving it good infantry support capability – the main role this tank was used in. Contains one resin & metal Renault R35 light tank with metal tank crewman, stat cards, damage markers, decal sheet and order dice.Original price was: £24.50.£19.60Current price is: £19.60. -

Konflikt ’47: Imperial Japanese Shiboru Rifle Squad
Konflikt 47, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesWhile the Army has been slow in introducing assault rifles into its inventory, the Empire has surprised the world by being the first faction to supply mass-produced Rift weapons to its rank-and-file troops. Exploiting Axis technical and theoretical advances, Japanese scientists and engineers have created the Type 10 Shiboru rifle also known as the Compression gun. So-called Type ‘A’ squads are beginning to field this weapon in large numbers. This gives Japanese infantry a significant longer-range punch, giving their officers new options beyond the traditional tactic of closing in to close assault the opponent. Contains twelve plastic infantry with metal arms and weapons.Original price was: £27.50.£22.75Current price is: £22.75. -

Bolt Action: French Army Infantry section
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesDeclaring war on Germany in 1939, the French armed forces were superior to the Germans in tanks and ships but suffered from outdated tactical and strategic doctrine at the highest level. Fighting alongside their British allies, the French army performed a brave rearguard action culminating in the remarkable withdrawal from Europe at Dunkirk. With the British heading back to England, the French forces battled on stubbornly as the Germans closed on Paris… Although much has been written of the German armoured forces and the defeat of the British at Dunkirk in the dark days of 1940, far too little has been written about the gallant stands made by the French army. The French army started World War II as the most powerful army in the world. Well-equipped, with excellent tanks and artillery, the infantry divisions were numerous and confident of fighting off the hated Boche as they had twenty two years before. This was not the same war though, and the French infantrymen found themselves all too often fighting off German armoured units which had outmanoeuvred them as the Blitzkrieg rolled across Europe. It was for the honour of France and their regiments that so many Frenchmen dug in and fought it out against a more technologically and tactically advanced foe. By the time of the cease fire they had killed 27,000 Germans but had suffered appalling losses of nearly 100,000 dead and 250,000 wounded. Many brave Frenchmen went on to fight against the Allies with Vichy France, ensuring admiration and loathing in equal measure, whilst others would return to France with the Allied invasion in 1944 to reclaim their homeland… Contains a 10-man French Army Infantry Section:Original price was: £26.50.£21.20Current price is: £21.20.- 1 NCO with rifle

Bolt Action: German Kriegsmarine Squad
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe men of the Kriegsmarine were often asked to do more than serve at sea. U-Boat and ship crews could be found in land actions in many theatres, wearing their trademark blue sailor’s uniforms or the grey-blue U-Boat leathers as they took the fight to the enemy. The German Navy (or Kriegsmarine) had the peculiar battle honour of being involved in the first action of WW2 and also its last. Infantry units of the navy, equipped with Wehrmacht weaponry and wearing their trademark dark blue uniforms and steel helmets, assaulted the Polish port of Danzig in the opening action of the war and, five years later, flew into the maelstrom of Berlin, landing in parks and on lakes using seaplanes or any other available transport aircraft. This time they were equipped with panzerfausts in an attempt to stave off the avenging Russian armour. They formed at least three divisions and some regular army officers were placed in the units to give them the value of their experience. They frequently fought under their usual officer, so a unit could be led by a Korvettenkapitän or U-Boat commander. They fought in Poland, Narvik, Russia, Dieppe, Arnhem, many of the cut off German garrisoned ports, as well as Holland and Berlin. The Welsh 53rd Division fought them regularly in Holland and found them full of fight, giving them the nickname of the "Blue Devils".Original price was: £26.50.£21.20Current price is: £21.20. -

Bolt Action: Soviet IS-2 Heavy Tank
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesWhat do you do when you are told to upgrade an already giant metal monster that took a whole new generation of tank to actually deal with? You make it bigger and make it louder. The IS-2 is that very same beast, made as a competent replacement for the KV series and it was a far better designed machine than its predecessor. It had thick frontal armour and a huge 122mm gun, despite its size; the weight is comparable to that of the German Panther. The IS-2 was intended as a breakthrough tank so it was given a weapon suitable for such a task; and it broke through gloriously, right through the German lines and into the heart of Germany itself. In games of Bolt Action the IS-2 is a Heavy Tank with a heavy anti-tank gun that can be included in any armoured platoon. Box Contains:Original price was: £25.00.£19.99Current price is: £19.99.- Enough plastic components to make the IS-2 heavy tank!

Sláine: What The El? – 2000AD Miniatures Game
2000AD Miniatures Game, Tabletop GamesA prince among the alien Dark-Els, Elfric was an utterly depraved being that lusted after death and devastation. A being of magical energy, his mortal incarnation was almost impossible to destroy with normal weapons, and many were the battles where his body was pierced a dozen times and more by sword, arrow or spear without harm. Elfric’s magic also manifested itself in the form of a deadly gaze from a gem-like third eye in his forehead that could shatter armour and boil away flesh. Only with great effort and the aid of many allies was Sláine able to halt Elfric’s rampages across space and time, yet the demonic being was never utterly destroyed and will doubtless return to plague humanity another day. Els were creatures from another dimension that exists at a right angle to our own. Dark-Els were evil beings, intent on spreading destruction for Crom Cruach. Sometimes these took the form of seductive human women to lure their prey into traps. They were spiteful, deadly fighters possessed of otherworldly power, often underestimated because of their appearance. Yet when slain their true forms manifested, as their bodies reverted into bug-like abominations. Black Powder: Prussian Uhlans (Napoleonic Wars)
Black Powder, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesPrussia was renowned for its excellent infantry under Frederick the Great. Less well known is the efficacy of Prussian cavalry on the European battlefield in the 19th Century. Early in the Napoleonic wars, Bonaparte himself warned his generals of the excellent Prussian cavalry. The well-trained and disciplined Prussian horse during the Hundred Days campaign formed regiments of cuirassiers, dragoons, hussars and lancers on the whole with the lighter cavalry intended for raiding and skirmishing, but in reality took their place in the main battle lines during set piece battles. The Uhlans, or lancers, of the Prussian army fulfilled the role of both skirmishing light cavalry and line shock troops alongside the dragoon and cuirassier units. Equipped with a lethal 9-foot lance, they were an imposing sight. It was the Uhlans who saved Marshall Blücher when unhorsed at Ligny. Late war Uhlans principally wore simple dark blue uniforms and practical equipment. By the Battle of Waterloo in 1815, all units had their lance pennants with black and white swallow tail pattern. Bolt Action: Fallschirmjäger (WWII German Airborne)
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesThe world's first paratroopers to be used in large numbers, the German Fallschirmjager were at the tip of the spear when war broke out in 1939. They led daring assaults on strategic targets, such as the fortress at Eben Emael, enabling the following panzers to overrun Europe. As a paratrooper force the Fallschirmjager's greatest achievement would be the intense fighting they performed as they seized Crete in the face of more numerous British and Commonwealth forces during 1941. This pyrrhic victory meant that they were never again used en masse. Small units still operated by glider and parachute, famously rescuing Italian leader Mussolini, and raiding behind American lines in the Ardennes. Their finest hour would undoubtly be the bitter fighting as they occupied the monastery at Monte Cassino for months in the face of overwhelming odds, earning themselves the nickname 'Green Devils'. The German Paratroopers were arguably the toughest in a tough army. Bolt Action: German Sd.Kfz 251/2 Ausf D (8cm Granatwerfer) Half Track
Bolt Action, Tabletop Games, Warlord GamesFrom the early stages of World War II, the German army began to equip their Panzergrenadiers with armoured half-tracks that would support their panzers in action. They developed the excellent Sd.Kfz 251 series, made by Hanomag, and steadily produced them in their thousands, with over twenty versions seeing service in most theatres of the war. One of the most useful variants was the 8cm Granatwerfer – a version of the Hanomag carrying the standard infantry mortar. The mortar could be moved around the battlefield quickly and in reasonable safety, its armour shrugging off most infantry weapons and shrapnel. The mortar was most commonly removed from the half-track to engage the enemy, however, in extremis, it could fire from the safety of the vehicle. A full load of 66 rounds of 81mm mortar rounds were carried, with more shells available from supply trucks or towed trailers. This model represents the 251/2 Ausf D version of the vehicle (it had a simplified armour shape from the earlier Ausf C, particularly obvious was the sloped rear Armour) that was in use from 1943 onwards in most theatres. This variant featured a forward-facing 81mm mortar in the rear, tactically spot on for attacking and moving position frequently.Original price was: £25.00.£19.99Current price is: £19.99.
