Jailed for a crime he didn’t commit, Harlem-born Carl Lucas agreed to undergo an experimental treatment designed to replicate the effects of the Super-Soldier serum that produced Captain America. As a result of the treatment, Carl’s skin became unbreakable, and his strength was amplified to superhuman levels. Now bulletproof and able to punch through four-inch-thick steel, Carl took on the name Luke Cage and became a hero dedicated to keeping his streets safe alongside his partner and friend Iron Fist.

Born into privilege, Danny Rand’s life was forever changed when his parents were killed by a family friend. Fueled by a desire for revenge, Danny travelled to the mystical city of K’un-Lun. There, he trained under Lei Kung the Thunderer who turned him into a living weapon. As a final test, Danny challenged the dragon Shou-Lao and defeated him. Plunging his fist into the dragon’s molten heart, Danny became the bearer of the Iron Fist. After avenging his parents, Danny turned his life to serving others, becoming inseparable friends with Luke Cage as a Defender, Avenger, and a Hero for Hire.

Born in Siberia, Piotr Rasputin is a mutant with a skin of steel and a heart of gold. He can transform his entire body into organic metal, granting him superhuman strength, durability, and stamina. Colossus is a gentle giant, however. He is sometimes reluctant to use his physical strength in combat, feeling a responsibility to use his powers to improve the lives of mutants and humankind.

Illyana Rasputin is the younger sister of Colossus. Abducted at a young age by Belasco, the sorcerer and master of the realm known as The Otherplace, Illyana trained in the art of magic and overthrew her captor to become Magik, the Sorceress Supreme of Otherplace! Her mutant ability to teleport herself and others through space and time by using stepping discs, pieces of Limbo that act as a midway point between locations and points in time, allows her to be anywhere and anywhen her mystic power is needed.

A new villain charges into Marvel: Crisis Protocol! With a durable second skin grafted all over his body, the aptly named Rhino is stronger, tougher, and more inured to pain than your average supervillain.

This pack adds this rampaging villain to players’ rosters, giving them another powerful option in the Spider- Foes and Criminal Syndicate affiliations. Additionally, three Team Tactic cards enhance Rhino’s abilities, making him even more versatile in battle.

The Red Skull leads HYDRA in its quest for world domination in this new pack for Marvel: Crisis Protocol! Johann Schmidt is a conniving villain whose evil deeds span generations. During this time, he has transformed HYDRA into a globe-spanning terrorist organization that cannot ever truly be destroyed, for “If a head is cut off, two more shall take its place.”

The new version of the Red Skull in this pack introduces the HYDRA Affiliation to Marvel: Crisis Protocol while leading a group of HYDRA Troops ready to do his bidding. In addition to these miniatures and their abilities, this pack further enhances the HYDRA Affiliation with seven Team Tactic cards that give Red Skull and his subordinates even more ways to further their plans for world domination.

Quentin Beck began a life of crime as a frustrated artist. A successful stunt man and special effects creator in Hollywood, he turned to criminal life after failing to gain the recognition he thought he deserved. Donning the mantle of Mysterio, Beck uses illusions, hypnosis, and trickery to enact his criminal schemes. A longtime rival of Spider-Man, Mysterio’s gadgets and intelligence allow him to tangle with his super-powered foe.

The killer Cletus Kasady shared a prison cell on Ryker’s Island with Eddie Brock, the human host of Venom. Kasady merged with an insane offspring of the original Venom symbiote, which bonded to his bloodstream, transforming him into the deadly and unpredictable villain Carnage.

Cable, the son of the X-Men leader Cyclops, was sent to the future to save his life when he was infected by the deadly techno-organic virus. Raised by Clan Askani, Cable was able to use his own incredible mutant powers to keep the virus in check, though the constant strain limits him from reaching his true potential. Granted incredible telepathic and telekinetic powers from his mutation, Cable is also equipped with advanced weaponry and technology from the 38th century. Having travelled back in time, Cable now seeks to change the apocalyptic future from which he grew up and ensure a better world for all.

Remy LeBeau is Gambit, a dashing scoundrel with the mutant power to accelerate the molecular energy of an object, transforming mundane items into kinetically-charged explosives. Raised by a gang of New Orleans street thieves, Gambit is a master thief and former member of the Thieves’ Guild. Forced into the employ of the Marauders, Gambit had an unwitting hand in the destruction of the Morlocks. Wracked by guilt, his life of wandering ended when he met Storm and him finding a new family as one of the X-Men. Now fighting to protect others, he dishes out punishment with his bo staff and trademark playing cards. With a little kinetic enhancement, Gambit always has the winning hand.
