While raiders might form the bulk of a Nord ‘expedition’, a wise Jarl will always look to secure the services of his Huskarls for a raid before even considering the enterprise. These men are the survivors of a dozen raids, wealthy enough to no longer need to work the fields and instead devote themselves to the pursuit of war exclusively.
